Let’s talk a bit about the pubococcygeus muscle. Okay, we will not ask you to remember how to spell it, or even learn to pronounce it. We will just call it the PC muscle instead. Have you ever been in the middle of urinating and you’ve had to cut it off midstream for some unintended reason? If so, the muscle you used to cut off the flow is the very one we’re talking about. The PC muscle. And like any other muscle in the body, it needs to be trained if it is to grow any stronger. How to Do It

Once you have identified your PC muscle, and know how to flex it, the period of training can commence. Flex the muscle, and hold it for about one second. Release. Wait one second. Flex again. Repeat this exercise about fifteen or twenty times. Do this set of fifteen or twenty reps about three times a day for the next week. That’s all there is to it. Gradually work your way up to holding the flexed muscle for more than a second at a time. Two seconds, then five, then ten, and so on. The stronger the muscle gets and the more control over it you can command, the easier it will be to control your climax during sexual intercourse.
