Premature Ejaculation Tips

Sex. It's on our minds a thousand times a day. And the last thing we as men want to do is ruin a good sexual experience with a hot woman or the woman we love. But premature ejaculation (PE) is a problem for many men. In fact, almost 1 out of every 3 men has a problem of ejaculating too quickly, shortening the sex act and causing overall frustration between himself and his partner.

For the millions of men who suffer from premature ejaculation, there are solutions available to help stop or prevent premature ejaculation. With hard work, focus, and concentration, premature ejaculation can be controlled in many cases by using these tips:

Penis Squeeze

Before you reach full orgasm, and after you feel an orgasm coming on, you or your partner can try squeezing the penis just below the head or glans. This can stop an orgasm and delay the total time it takes to fully reach orgasm and ejaculation.

Note that this may require you to pull out of the woman's vagina quickly enough to squeeze before it is too late. With the right concentration, this tip can successfully delay orgasm and prolong the sexual experience.

The PC Flex

The pubococcygeus muscle, or PC, is the muscle that, when controlled, can delay ejaculation. This is the muscle that you feel when you squeeze your anus or you feel contracting when you try to cut off your urine stream.

Control of the PC muscle can be gained with exercise, more commonly known as Kegel exercises. The Kegel exercise is simply a series of contractions and releases of the PC muscle, much like you would do in a set of bicep curls. With continued strengthening and control over the PC you can delay your orgasm and prevent premature ejaculation.

Distraction Focus

Sex is a visually erotic experience for most men. That is why we enjoy watching or looking at porn, or even just fantasizing about having sex in order to help reach orgasm. However, those who truly want to prevent and control premature ejaculation can practice distraction techniques that take the mind away from sex during intercourse.

Simply concentrate on something completely unrelated to sex while having intercourse. Think of baseball or even that project you made in metal shop in high school. By taking your mind off the stimulation of the penis, you can control your orgasm and prevent premature ejaculation.

Sex Positions

You can try different positions that reduce the tension in the body. The "missionary" position causes much tension. Try lying on your back or side where you can better relax and focus on controlling premature ejaculation.

Please Your Partner First

This may seem self-explanatory, but one of the main problems with premature ejaculation is when the woman is unsatisfied due to an early ejaculation. Work at prolonging foreplay and stimulating her erogenous zones before stimulating your own penis. Use your hands and/or fingers to stimulate her clitoris and vagina, and even perform oral sex. Make sure your lover is pleased before you end up cutting short her sexual pleasure due to premature ejaculation.
